student internships, in cooperation with deans, faculty coordinators and internship coordinators;<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-original-size=\"16\">Preparing documentation related to the organisation and completion of student internships, in cooperation with deans, faculty coordinators and internship coordinators;<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-original-size=\"16\">Verifying documents related to internships provided by students;<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-original-size=\"16\">Participating in the drafting of agreements with units accepting students for internships;<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-original-size=\"16\">Drawing up referrals, agreements between units accepting students for individual internships and the university;<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-original-size=\"16\">Monitoring the organisation of student internships;<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-original-size=\"16\">Keeping a register of agreements;<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-original-size=\"16\">Preparing, clearing financial documentation and forwarding the required documents to the Accounting Office and the Payroll Office;<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-original-size=\"16\">Drawing up protocols for the inspection of the organisation of student internships and other required reports, reports and plans;<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-original-size=\"16\">Handling matters related to the national exchange of students under the Student Mobility Programme
