Internship Section

The tasks of the student internship section include in particular:

  • Coordinating the organisation and conduct of student internships, in cooperation with deans, faculty coordinators and internship coordinators;
  • Preparing documentation related to the organisation and completion of student internships, in cooperation with deans, faculty coordinators and internship coordinators;
  • Verifying documents related to internships provided by students;
  • Participating in the drafting of agreements with units accepting students for internships;
  • Drawing up referrals, agreements between units accepting students for individual internships and the university;
  • Monitoring the organisation of student internships;
  • Keeping a register of agreements;
  • Preparing, clearing financial documentation and forwarding the required documents to the Accounting Office and the Payroll Office;
  • Drawing up protocols for the inspection of the organisation of student internships and other required reports, reports and plans;
  • Handling matters related to the national exchange of students under the Student Mobility Programme ‘MOST’.
